Memory Matters Glynn serves individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, along with the family members and caregivers who walk beside them every day. We support older adults experiencing memory loss, as well as spouses, adult children, and loved ones who are navigating the emotional, physical, and practical challenges of caregiving.

Many of the caregivers we meet are overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure where to turn. They are searching for understanding, reliable information, and a place where they feel seen and supported. From the moment of diagnosis through the many years that may follow, Memory Matters is here—offering guidance, encouragement, and meaningful programs that bring comfort and connection.

We proudly serve Glynn County and the surrounding Golden Isles, including McIntosh and Camden counties. Every program and service we provide is offered free of charge, ensuring that no family is turned away because of financial limitations.
